After a break of almost a month, resumed nutrient application for Casuarina. 4 people finished applying 2 bags of nutrient mixture i.e 50kg each of Urea and 50kg of MOP. In a fortnights time, it'll be 4 years since the first round of casuarina was planted.

By installing Drip Irrigation i expected to harvest Casuarina in around 3 years. Unfortunately, due to my lack of knowledge about Openwell, the drip based irrigation resulted in more weeds than supporting the crop during the first year.

This is the third year of applying chemical nutrients and during the second year, i also applied manure. The crop will need atleast one more year, provided there are regular rains.

This crop has made me listen to maximum number of pitiful reaction from people about the money/time spent.
